High school students develop critical research skills and craft a publication-ready paper through expert academic guidance. The HPAIR Research Innovators Program guides high school students through the complete academic research process. Combining interactive online sessions with intensive in-person workshops, students learn to identify meaningful research questions, evaluate scholarly literature, and build compelling, evidence-based arguments. By the end of the programme, participants produce a publication-ready research paper and gain the critical thinking skills needed to communicate complex academic findings with clarity and confidence.

It is designed for Grades 8–12. No prior background is assumed - mentors calibrate to the cohort in the first session.
127 days in total, with live sessions live session times confirmed on registration plus light preparation in between. It is built to sit alongside school.
