HPAIR Future Entrepreneurs Program is an immersive entrepreneurship and leadership program for Grades 6–12 at GD Goenka Public School, Siliguri, led by Harvard student mentors. The program introduces students to entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, problem-solving, and real-world business concepts through engaging, hands-on learning. The HPAIR Future Entrepreneurs Program brings the energy and perspective of Harvard student mentors to GD Goenka Public School, Siliguri, empowering students from Grades 6–12 to think creatively, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into meaningful solutions. Through interactive sessions, team-based challenges, case discussions, and practical entrepreneurial activities, students develop skills in leadership, communication, critical thinking, innovation, and decision-making. The program is designed to help young learners move beyond traditional classroom learning and build the confidence and mindset needed to become future entrepreneurs, changemakers, and leaders.

HPAIR Future Entrepreneurs Program is an immersive entrepreneurship and leadership program for Grades 6–12 at GD Goenka Public School, Siliguri, led by Harvard student mentors. The program introduces students to entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, problem-solving, and real-world business concepts through engaging, hands-on learning. Every session is live and mentor-led, with discussion instead of lecture.
Across 3 days, students produce work rather than notes - cases, drafts, builds or analyses depending on the programme.
Cohorts are kept small so mentors know each student by name and push them at the right level.

It is designed for Grades 6–12. No prior background is assumed - mentors calibrate to the cohort in the first session.
3 days in total, with live sessions live session times confirmed on registration plus light preparation in between. It is built to sit alongside school.
